Labour and Employment Law

We are a specialized law firm with three certified specialists for labour and employment law. We have been active throughout Germany for over 30 years with a network of specialized partners.

We advise and represent employers and employees (managing directors and executives) in the drafting of employment contracts, termination agreements, in the preparation of dismissals and in the regulation of collective working conditions.

Only thorough preparation and timely advice protects against far-reaching financial consequences and reputational damage due to lost law suits.

The labour courts take protection against unfair dismissals very seriously. Courts often reject dismissals for operational reasons due to restructuring because of formal mistakes and insufficient substantive justification.

Faulty contracts, especially with the freelancers, but also with employees and managing directors, often lead to high contribution obligations in the statutory social insurance. The authorities check the business documents completely every 4 years in order to realize such claims. Our expertise includes the avoidance and defense of such claims.

We represent our clients before all German labour courts, including appeals and the Federal Labour Court.
